Pricing
You buy the parts. You pay labor.
Shops mark parts up two to three times over what you would pay at the counter. Remote Auto Repair charges for the work, and you keep the receipt for the parts. That is the whole model.

Do you actually come to my house?
Yes — that is the whole business. Jayden drives to your driveway, your apartment lot, your workplace parking space or the shoulder you are stuck on, and does the repair there. You do not drop the car off and you do not wait in a lobby.
Do you bring the parts, or do I?
Either way works. Most customers buy their own parts and pay labor only, which keeps the bill lower and lets you choose the brand. If you would rather Jayden source them, he will price the part out and tell you the total before ordering anything.
How do I get a price?
Text or call with your year, make, model and what the car is doing. For common jobs you get a flat labor quote on the spot. Nothing gets started before you have agreed to a number.
Can you diagnose a car that won't start?
Yes. No-start calls are one of the most common reasons people call. Jayden tests the battery, charging system, starter and the relevant circuits on site and tells you exactly which part failed rather than guessing and replacing the cheap one first.
Can you clear a check engine light?
He can read the codes, tell you what they mean and what it will take to fix the underlying fault. Simply erasing the code without fixing the cause is not a repair — the light comes back, and on Illinois emissions testing the vehicle will still fail.
